Little tower built in 1870 by count Agostino Pepoli, for his study and meditation. Inside this small building, the count hosted a lot of artists, archeologists, writers and politicians. The tower is located at a lower level next to "Balio" gardens. It can be reached via a stone-paved walk. Torretta Pepoli has been recently restored and opened to the public including a little multimedial-museum that is going to be completed. Today, Torretta Pepoli is viewed as a permanent Observatory of Peace the Lighthouse of the Mediterranean sea.
